Our clients had difficulty in finding a company willing to take on the project due to the selected location in the garden as it was on a 45 degree slope. We assured our client this could easily be overcome by careful planning of the foundations with main structure piles at front of the room. We added an additional 30 piles to ensure a well fixed base, by doing this it allowed us to build their perfect garden room/office space
